If your toilet clogs, you can usually get the problem resolved with a plunger. Simply push the plunger into place over the drain hole and after ensuring the lip is creating suction, begin to pump it up and down to move water through the pipe. Lift after several pumps to see whether the problem has been fixed.
Please be careful not to flush your toilet if the basin is full, as this could cause the bathroom to flood.
Most electrical outages are due to localized problems on the grid. These may include construction in your neighborhood or bad weather. Call your utility company to learn more.
No Hot Water?
If you don't have hot water in your rental property, locate the heating tank and check the settings on the side. If you make any changes to these settings, please wait at least 20 minutes to ensure they can take effect.
If your heat or air conditioning isn't working correctly, check the settings on your central thermostat. It's easy to make a small change and reset your preferences.
